Exchange Policy

We ONLY offer exchanges on disposables, no refunds. No exchanges or refunds on any other products. 

Disposable exchange policy

• Device must be faulty (not working, not charging) 
• Device must have visible leaking issue 
• You must alert us of the faulty product within the first day of purchase, any day after that will have to be considered post damage. 
• Once alerted, an exchange time will be decided.
